   Telecom Advocate Consultants (TAC) is staffed with over 100+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Our experience comes from specialties such as senior telecom management, project management, network design, equipment configurations and design, provisioning, local and long distance services, customer service centers, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Integrated Voice Response (IVR), bill management and resolution, multi-location configurations, Internet, and wireless.

 

   Unlike some consulting companies, we do not have partnerships or receive compensation from any vendors. Our goal is to insure that each customer receives the loyalty and dedication necessary to resolve their needs without possibility of outside conflicts.

 

   TAC realizes that, in order to remain a completely independent consulting firm, and maintain critical impartiality, we neither sell nor represent any product or service other than our own expertise.  We receive no fees or commissions from anyone other than our clients.
